My second time coming to this shop. Are they the cheapest place in town? No. But you get what you pay for. They are thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. And, most importantly (to me), Andrew knows his VW's!

I had them do a smog test on my 2023 Miata. Their people were easy to deal with, they performed the test in the time they estimated.

I have had many mechanics work on my 2008 Pontiac Solstice sports car only for the repair not to last. (That's why I've had man repeat service calls!). Rick and Ray's was a one stop repair job. Not only is it fixed but it's fixed Right! Rick n Ray's Auto Plaza uses a thorough inspection system and recommends work that ultimately needs to be done. Thank you Andrew for following through until the work was completed correctly! As Arnold Swarzenegger said; "I'll be back!"...

Rick and Ray's Auto has been a beacon of hope in a time of turmoil for my family and I. Through a series of unfortunate events that saw me without pay from the air force for three months and our credit cards pushed to their limit, to my wife's car accident that left her without a vehicle for a further three months due to a part shortage, it seemed as though our luck couldn't get any worse. But then, it did. Just three short weeks after finally getting the car back, the transmission failed. It felt like we had hit rock bottom. Enter Rick and Ray's Auto. Their team was the silver lining in our cloud of misfortune. Not only did they provide exceptional service in fixing our car, but they also offered a flexible payment plan which was a godsend given our financial predicament. This gesture of understanding and compassion was a testament to their exceptional customer service and their genuine care for the community they serve. Their support didn't just fix our car, it also restored our faith in humanity during these trying times. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to Rick and Ray's Auto. They go beyond just being a reliable auto repair shop, they are a shining example of what great service and kindness look like in action. If you are ever in need of auto services, I wholeheartedly recommend Rick and Ray's Auto. They truly saved our day and I have no doubt they will do the same for you. A definite 5-star experience! My work vehicle broke down and these guys were great. I wasn't able to get the truck there for my first appointment but they were able to reschedule me when I called them the next day after. I apologize they were totally understanding and took care of the truck and got me back to work. I would definitely use them again. They also will surprise most people because it's more like a dealership shop. The way it operates you have a front desk secretary and then you also have a service writer. Plenty of bays. Plenty of good mechanics. They keep things flowing and they respect your vehicle. You can expect to get it back as clean or cleaner than you left it with a nice floor mat to protect your carpets. Not that my truck has any carpets in it but they still put one in lol

They identified issues with my car, and broke down the pricing for each. They repaired vehicle in timely manor. My wife was impressed with their lobby as it is not like most lobby areas for car shops.

I have an older Mercedes which makes it tough to find a shop and mechanic that use the right parts and have the experience to do even the most basic service. Andrew and the guys in the shop have definitely won my business through transparency, quality, experience and quick turnaround time. Pricing is a little on the higher side of the average, but with them, you actually get the value, so hats off

I don’t know why this place would ever have a bad review, I’m truly thankful. I called them & told them what’s going on and they told me to bring my Mercedes right on in. The next day they got to the root of the problem & by the following day my car was back running properly. After going through previous mechanics with no success , and me being a woman makes things no better … needless to say this place got right on it & the price is very much reasonable in my opinion. If you want something done RIGHT , this is the place to go. Thank you guys so much!!!!

I highly recommend Rick & Rays Auto Plaza. They did a complete check up on my BMW. They were very honest and didn't try to make any unnecessary repairs. It was a simple battery replacement. They were very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience here. Our daughter is a college student and we are out of state. Finding someone who is trustworthy and responsive was very important to us. Highly recommend!
